How we approach a condo renovation
1. Discuss the property and your plans
Send us the building name, unit size, photographs and a short description of the work. Tell us your intended use of the condo, preferred timing and budget range.
2. Assess the work and building requirements
A site visit helps establish the existing condition and what the work involves. Before starting, requirements such as juristic office approval, working hours, lift protection and waste removal need to be checked.
3. Agree the scope and quotation
The scope should identify the work, materials and finishes included, along with payment stages and an estimated schedule. Changes requested later should be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
4. Carry out the work and review completion
Work is coordinated around the agreed scope and the building’s restrictions. At completion, the finished work is reviewed and any outstanding items identified.

How much does a condo renovation in Pattaya cost?
