A full strip-out and renovation of a 102 sqm condo on Pratumnak Hill, Cosy Beach, Pattaya, completed in approximately 12 weeks.
The project replaced the existing interiors throughout, including the electrical installation.

What the renovation involved
This was a complete renovation rather than a cosmetic refresh. The original interiors were stripped out and replaced, including the electrics.

- New flooring, decoration and interior finishes
- Fitted furniture and storage
The main challenge: working hours
The condominium juristic office permitted work only between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, with no work allowed on public holidays.
These restrictions limited the time available on site each week. Planning the sequence of work around the permitted hours was a central part of this project, which took approximately 12 weeks to complete.
This schedule relates to Executive Residence 4. Other condo buildings may have different rules, which need to be checked before planning a renovation.
