Kitchen and bathroom renovation questions
Can you renovate only the kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We can discuss a single room or include the work within a larger condo or house renovation.
Can the sink, toilet or shower be moved?
Sometimes, but the options depend on drainage, water supply, floor construction and building restrictions. Existing connections need to be assessed before a new layout is agreed.
How much will the renovation cost?
The cost depends on room size, existing condition, removal work, materials, fittings and changes to services. A site visit and a clear scope are needed for a detailed quotation.
Can I choose my own appliances and fittings?
Yes. Tell us what you intend to supply before the scope is finalised. Dimensions, connection requirements, delivery dates and installation responsibilities should be agreed in advance.
Can we use the room during the work?
Access may be restricted, and water or power may need to be temporarily disconnected. If it is your only kitchen or bathroom, discuss alternative arrangements before work starts.
What if a leak or damaged pipe is found?
The issue needs to be assessed before new finishes cover the area. Any additional work and its effect on the price or schedule should be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
